Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Bijou Charm Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Bijou Charm Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
