Care & Warranty
Permanent Jewelry Care
Your permanent jewelry is not indestructible.
Permanent means your piece is welded on, not unbreakable. Designed for everyday wear, it still requires care like any other jewelry.
Try to Avoid:
- Snagging your chain on clothing, bags, or objects
- Tugs from kids or pets
- Catching it during workouts
- Sleeping with excessive tension on the chain
Be Cautious Around:
- Chlorine
- Salt water
- Lotions, perfumes, and skincare products
- Household cleaning supplies
If it Breaks: Keep the chain and contact us.
Permanent Jewelry Warranty
While your jewelry is designed to last, life happens. We’re here to help when it does.
3-Month Repair Guarantee:
If your chain snags, breaks, or comes off within three months of your appointment, we’ll re-weld it at no cost. Bring the original chain and receipt.
Lost Your Chain?
If your piece is lost or beyond repair, receive 20% off a new one with proof of purchase.
After 3 Months:
Repairs are no longer covered after three months, but re-welds are available for a small fee. Chain replacements are always an option.

Ear & Nose Piercing Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential for proper healing and the long-term health of your piercing.
Cleaning Instructions
- Clean your piercing 1–2 times daily
- Use a sterile saline solution only
- Gently spray saline onto a clean, lint-free swab and carefully clean around the piercing, front and back
🚫 Do not use:
Alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, tea tree oil, ointments, or harsh soaps —
these can irritate the piercing and delay healing.
What to Expect
Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, and clear or whitish discharge are normal during the healing process. These symptoms should gradually improve over time.
Healing Time
- Earlobes: 6–8 weeks
- Cartilage: 3–6 months (sometimes longer)
- Nose: 8–12 weeks
Everyone heals differently — patience is key.
Important Do’s & Don’ts
- ✔ Wash your hands before touching your piercing

- ✔ Sleep on clean pillowcases
- ✔ Avoid swimming in pools, lakes, oceans, or hot tubs until healed
- 🚫 Don’t twist, spin, or change your jewelry too early
- 🚫 Don’t sleep directly on fresh piercings
- 🚫 Don’t apply makeup, skincare, or hair products directly to the piercing
